COA (Condominium Owners Association) is a legal entity created by owners of apartments and/or non-residential premises of an apartment building for the joint use, maintenance and management of their building and the adjacent territory, as well as for the legal registration of their property rights to the building and the adjacent territory.

The complex Infrastructure of the Condominium Association requires constant attention, operational management, planning, and necessary actions to maintain all elements of the Infrastructure of the Condominium Association in "Operating Condition".

Each of the elements of the Infrastructure of the Condominium Association has its own State from the point of view of Safety, Technical, Quality and Sanitary and Hygienic Condition of the Objects of the Condominium Association.
