Access to Demo Stands
After the presentation, you should have a clear understanding of what THE INSPECTION is and how you can obtain objective evaluations of the Qualitative and Quantitative characteristics of your Assets.
For a deeper introduction to the System’s capabilities, you will receive access to Demo Stands, where the System is deployed and populated with data. Here, you or your specialists can try conducting Inspections, understand how the Qualitative Condition is determined, explore how hierarchical models work, generate Reports, and more

The Prototype of Your THE INSPECTION System
Aside from Demo stands, for a more in-depth exploration of the System’s capabilities on Your data, we can deploy a prototype of Your System fairly quickly (within a few hours from receiving all necessary data from You). Only You and Your specialists will be able to fully assess the System's capabilities and the benefits of its implementation for Your Business.

The creation of the prototype is free of charge and does not require any resources from You, except the data for the Prototype (*).

  • (*) For quick deployment of the free prototype, the number of objects should not exceed 10-20 units, and basic Checklists will also be applied. If a prototype with a larger data set is required, or if You need to use Your own Checklists and recreate a more realistic environment and inspection processes for Your Business, our Experts can perform all of this within the agreed time and according to the cost of consulting services. The basic free Prototype usage period is 3 months.

Decision to Implement
After analyzing the Prototype's performance and understanding the effect of using THE INSPECTION for Your Business, you may decide to implement the System.

To proceed with the implementation, a relevant Agreement/Contract for the implementation of THE INSPECTION System must be signed with the corresponding Partner or Expert with whom you collaborated (each Expert must collaborate with one of the Partners of THE INSPECTION).

The Agreement will define the project timeline, the list and cost of consulting services, the implementation sequence of the project, the cost of software licenses, and the licensing terms for the use of THE INSPECTION System.

Implementation of the project
After signing the Agreement / Contract, the implementation process begins. The main stages of implementing the THE INSPECTION System are as follows:
  1. Analysis and preparation of data for uploading into the System.
  2. Deployment and configuration of the system. Deployment can be performed on the technical resources of the Customer or on the technical resources of the respective Partner.
  3. Integration with the Customer's corporate systems, if necessary.
  4. Data upload.
  5. Training your specialists for data administration.
  6. Technical support and maintenance.
