How to start

THE INSPECTION is an Idea, Concept, Methodology, Internet system and Mobile application,
which is the basis or component for building a Management Accounting System in a Company

MAIN GOAL - to assist Owners, Management and Responsible Persons in operational management of the Business and in achieving the Main Business Goals based on operational access via Smartphone to detailed information about the Status of Objects, Divisions, Financial and Quantitative Indicators, access to useful tools and services for determining and monitoring the Status of Objects and Business Indicators.

All this is for making informed and timely management decisions.

After the implementation of THE INSPECTION, the following will become available
(in Smartphone at hand) :
  1. Business Structure and Information
Detailed hierarchical Structure of Business Objects (Assets, Processes, Resources), Financial and Quantitative Indicators to the full depth of the Hierarchy of the Structure of Objects and Subdivisions (from bottom to top).
Using QR codes to access Objects, Units, Indicators, Inspections, Technical Documentation, Reports, etc.
2. State of Business
The current quality, technical, sanitary, safety status of Business Objects, Status by Subdivisions, Status of Financial and Quantitative Indicators (KPI, Budgets, Balances, Balances, Resource Consumption) to the full depth of the Hierarchy of the Structure of Objects and Subdivisions (from bottom to top) with analysis of the dynamics of changes over time.
